The work, scoped to your property.
Near the coast, a window can look dirty again before the rest of the house needs another clean. Salt spray, marine-layer moisture, dust, and everyday fingerprints do different things to glass. Tell JR whether the problem is inside, outside, or both, and whether screens, tracks, frames, or skylights also need attention. That creates a more useful quote than a rough room count alone.
For a storefront, the entry glass is part of how customers see the business before they walk in. For a home, the goal may be getting the view back without spending a weekend handling ladders and screens. Include the number of stories, hard-to-reach windows, and any access limitations. Photos can show obstructions or unusual glass that is worth discussing before the visit.
New glass after construction needs its own conversation. Labels, paint spots, and residue should not be treated with a blade or abrasive as a first guess, because some finishes and coated glass can be damaged. Point out those areas with the quote request. JR's existing window service includes interior and exterior glass, screens, and wiped tracks, sills, and frames; skylights and post-construction detailing can be discussed as part of the scope.
Who it's for
Homeowners, storefronts, offices, and property managers who want streak-free glass.
Start with the list that matters to you. Tell us which items are urgent, which can wait, and the result you need before the space is ready to use. If there are other people working at the property, share their schedule so the requested visit can be planned around them. You can discuss the details in English or Spanish — hablamos español.
Get the quote conversation started
Quotes are free and no-obligation. Include the town, property type, photos, access details, and preferred timing when you contact JR. We will discuss the requested work and what belongs in the scope rather than assuming every property needs the same list. Standard hours are Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with a 24/7 emergency line for urgent requests.
Before the visit, make a note of anything you do not want moved or worked on, and any parts of the property that are off limits. If you are arranging work for someone else, identify who can answer questions about the scope and provide access. A clear list also helps keep optional extras separate from the work you originally requested. If the condition changes or another task comes up, bring it into the conversation rather than assuming it is included. The aim is simple: everyone understands which work is being requested before it begins.
